Commercial Pilots License

 
 

The Commercial Pilot license is designed for those who wish to make a career of flying helicopters. The minimum requirements are:

 

  • 18 Years old.

  • Aviation medical (Commercial).

  • 200 Hours of flying experience, (including the 50 hours from your PPL), including 100 hours solo.

  • General radio license*.

  • CPL exams*.

 

* These exams are done through the Department of Transport's Civil Aviation Department.
